Why We Started ProCare
Jacob spent six years working as a garage door technician before starting ProCare. In that time, he worked for bigger companies with more trucks and faster schedules. He also saw how that worked out for customers: rushed assessments, upsells on parts that did not need replacing, invoices that did not match the estimate.
ProCare started because the work itself is not complicated. A broken spring, a cable off a drum, an opener that lost its programming. These are fixable problems with straightforward solutions. What made them frustrating for homeowners was not the repair. It was the process around it.
