What’s Happening With Your Door?
Most calls start with one of these four situations. Find yours and we will point you to exactly what we do about it.
Door won’t open at all
The spring is most likely broken. Do not force it. Operating the door with a broken spring damages the opener and cables and is a safety hazard.
Grinding, squeaking, or a door that shakes and takes twice as long as it used to are signs that hardware is dry or worn. A tune-up catches these before they become failures.
Not sure which fits? Call us and describe what you hear or see. We can usually narrow it down before anyone comes out.

01
Spring Replacement
The most common garage door failure. Springs break without warning and make the door inoperable. We carry standard, high-cycle, and oil-tempered springs and handle most replacements same-day. We also inspect the drums, cables, and rollers while the system is open.
If your door does not respond to the remote, reverses before closing, or makes grinding noises, the opener is usually the problem. We diagnose and repair all major brands including LiftMaster, Chamberlain, and Genie. If a replacement makes more sense, we walk you through the options.
Frayed or snapped cables unbalance the door and can cause it to fall suddenly. Cables and springs wear at similar rates. If one fails, we check both. We carry common cable sizes and can typically complete the replacement in a single visit.
A door that has jumped its track will not close properly and leaves your garage exposed. This happens when a cable snaps, a roller breaks, or the door takes an impact. We realign the door, inspect the tracks and rollers for damage, and test the full system before leaving.
Dented or cracked panels compromise the look and structure of the door. We assess whether individual panels can be replaced or whether a full door replacement makes more financial sense. We match panel styles where possible and source replacements from manufacturers we trust.
Replacing an aging door or installing on a new build? We handle measurement, material selection, and full installation. Steel, carriage-house, and insulated panels all available. We work with you on the right door for your home’s style, budget, and insulation needs.
Annual maintenance extends the life of the door and prevents larger failures. During a tune-up, we lubricate moving parts, inspect springs, cables, rollers, and drums, test balance, and adjust opener force and travel limits. We give you a clear report of anything that needs attention.
Not sure what is wrong with your door? Noisy, slow, shaking, or not sealing properly? We diagnose and repair any issue across all makes and models. If you describe what you are hearing or seeing, we can often narrow it down before we arrive.
Door stuck open at midnight or will not close before a storm? We take emergency calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A technician is always available. Emergency calls are prioritized and we provide a realistic arrival window when you call.
Garage door openers and doors carry brand names, but the failure modes are mostly the same across all of them: worn springs, strained motors, frayed cables, logic boards that stop responding. We diagnose by what is actually happening with the system, not by the label on the box. LiftMaster or Genie, Clopay or Amarr, we have seen it and worked on it.

What to Expect on a Service Call
Every call follows the same process. You schedule, we arrive within the window we give you, assess the problem, walk you through the options, and only start work after you approve the estimate.
We do not upsell. If your opener needs a $20 logic board, we replace the logic board. If we find worn hardware that will fail soon, we point it out and explain what it means for the door’s life. The decision is yours.
Before we leave, we test the door through a full cycle and confirm the opener is calibrated correctly. Most repairs are complete in one visit.
Every Call Includes
Full system inspection, not just the reported issue
Upfront estimate before any work begins
Plain-language explanation of what we find
Parts options at different price and quality points
